Archive¶
Cost accruals → Archive shows the accrual runs that have been posted.
The page is laid out like Accrual runs, but everything is locked: you can see a run's parameters and its journal lines, and nothing can be edited, removed or posted again.
Find a run¶
The list shows the document number, the period and the posting date. The search field matches on document number and balancing account.
Choose a run to see it.
What you can see¶
Parameters shows the run's input type, period, posting date, reversal date and balancing account, along with who created it and who posted it.
Journal lines shows the lines that were posted, with supplier, reference, description, account and gross amount. The three dots show a line's VAT posting and dimensions.
